I am a qualified Exercise Scientist and Exercise Physiologist (Hons), a graduate of the International College of Holistic Wellness, and I am currently deepening my expertise in Women’s Integrative and Functional Medicine under the guidance of Dr. Aviva Romm. For over a decade, I have been immersed in the Divine Feminine Realms, weaving together science, spirituality, and healing. These foundations, combined with my extensive experience in holistic modalities, have given me a profound and integrative understanding of the body, mind, and spirit.”

Deepening my journey
My path has been illuminated by transformative spiritual experiences, including kundalini and womb awakenings, which have guided me to discover a unique creative blueprint of life. These awakenings deepened my understanding of the Sacred anatomy of the feminine and the immense potential within womb-heart coherence as a catalyst for personal and planetary transformation.
The turning point in my journey came when I was given the grace to heal and teach others under the guidance of Shipibo Maestra Estela Pangoza. This sacred experience profoundly deepened my connection to ancestral wisdom and solidified my guidance for others on their paths of healing and spiritual alignment to create transformational Legacies Of Love upon this planet and beyond.
Healing myself
“I have walked the path of deep spiritual healing, transforming my challenges into an alchemical passion for what is possible when we choose to heal.
From being told I would not have children (yes, I am now a Mother), to navigating PCOS, chronic fatigue, many repetitive years of gut issues, and more, my journey has been one of resilience, love and profound transformation. I turned deepr and deeper to root-cause and alternative medicine. They had their place in my healing, but truly it was the spiritual experiences, psychospiritual healing, and awakening that truly gave my life to me, that handed me true lasting healing.
Through this sacred journey, I found my way back to the depths of love, joy, and vitality. What I discovered on the other side was a world beyond anything I had imagined—a life more expansive, purposeful, and alive than I had ever dared to dream.

Why I care.
“It’s not unusual to be on the other side of the medical system’s denial of women’s sacred anatomy and voice. I know I was. I’ve witnessed women being overlooked, dismissed, and silenced. This neglect has manifested in countless ways—unacknowledged pain, misdiagnosed conditions, the normalization of suffering, and a lack of access to holistic care that truly honors the intricate connection of a woman’s body, mind, and spirit.
But for some women, the impact goes even deeper, cutting into their sense of worth, power, and possibility. Through the Legacy of Love and all our offerings, we seek to close these gaps, through Generosity and our wisdom, to empower Women across the world.
We support those who lead and create so they can foster a true transmission of love, healing, and care that creates profound ripples across this planet and beyond, reshaping the way women live, heal, and thrive. These leaders transform Fear, separation, misalignment, power, abundance and more in their own lives and legacies so they can give more.

From my commitment to put my mysticism into action for the best creative influence on this planet and beyond. It was born from the burning desire to let new positive energies land on this planet and create with us for the betterment of all. It was born of desire for Feminine wisdom to stop being segmented and compartmentalised and returned to its creative blueprint in service with us Women and for Womb Heart Coherence to return to homes so innovation, confidence, justice and health can return to Women.
